Yoga for all.

I teach various forms of Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga classes. In my class you will move in a graceful and constant dance through different asanas. The practice is energising and heartwarming with one main focus: your breath. Your breath will guide your body and mind on the natural path, providing strength, flexibility and focus. The classes can be adjusted to different levels, all students are welcome.
